All deposits and payments for production are non refundable. Deposits and payments are used towards production such as locations, casting, travel, gear and production. In that regards all payments are non refundable. However, payments are refundable in any case Millie X Media fails to provide any services purchased, if that is the case a refund will be processed within (5) business days.
